A graduate of SUNY Farmingdale with a bachelor's degree in ornamental horticulture and a bachelor's degree in landscape architecture from the University of Connecticut, Giovanni's professional journey spans the worlds of design, development and wellness construction. As the founder of 1.618 Design Inc., a boutique design firm focused on mixed-use properties, he has worked extensively with high-net-worth clients across New York City and the Hamptons, earning a reputation for discretion, creativity and excellence.
Since his first successful real estate investment in 1993, Giovanni has designed, developed, and sold multiple properties ranging from single-family homes to mixed-use projects — each one a testament to his ability to balance form and function with financial return.
