Peter Au is a principal and co-founder of the Avant Team at Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty, where he is recognized for his strategic mindset, depth of industry knowledge, and steadfast commitment to client success. After graduating from the University of California, Irvine, he began his career in real estate in 2005 and worked in residential lending, property management, and escrow services before transitioning into advisory work. That hands-on experience across multiple dimensions of the industry allows Peter to evaluate transactions holistically, anticipate challenges, and guide clients with precision and clarity.
Known for his calm presence and strong analytical instincts, Peter has built a business driven by loyalty and long-term relationships.
