Hi, I’m Daniela Hoppe. I was born near Stuttgart, lived in Munich, and moved then to Hanover with my family in 2012, which has been home ever since. I’m a qualified banker and studied business administration at the University of Bayreuth, specializing in finance, banking, and marketing. During my time at an American management consultancy, I worked with banks in Europa, helping them streamline processes and improve system efficiency. Over the years, I developed a real passion for real estate. I’ve built and managed my own property portfolio, getting hands-on experience with everything from market research and property evaluation to buying, renovating, renting, and managing properties. Thanks to my financial background and practical know-how, I’m able to spot potential in real estate and bring both strategic thinking and creativity to the table. Now I’m excited to be part of the Sotheby’s International Realty team, where I can combine my experience and enthusiasm to help clients turn their real estate goals into reality—with a professional approach and a fresh perspective.
