With roots in Chicago’s northwest suburbs, I’ve called Northern Colorado home since 1994 and bring extensive local knowledge to the real estate market. After earning a business management degree in 1985, I spent 28 years in corporate operations before transitioning to real estate in 2013. I specialize in helping clients with first homes, upgrades, downsizing, investment properties, and sales, with a passion for negotiation and continuing education. I hold a Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation and Certified Military Residential Specialist (CMRS) certification and am a proud member of the National, Colorado, and Loveland/Berthoud REALTOR® associations. Outside of work, I enjoy family time with my kids and grandkids, attending concerts and sporting events, golfing, and boating. I’m the founder of LiveLaughLoveBelieve, a non-profit supporting ALS awareness and support to patients, in memory of my late wife.
