Keith Claxton and his wife, Margrit, moved into their home in Santa Fe in 2021 after years of being intrigued by the area through vacation experiences. They relocated from San Francisco to enjoy the many attributes of the City Different and its rich cultural aspects. Keith brings decades of experience in commercial real estate from Silicon Valley to Sotheby’s International Realty. He has worked with prestigious clients such as Google, Lockheed, Hitachi, Intel, Teachers Insurance, Prudential, and Aetna Insurance, serving as both buyers and sellers, tenants, and landlords. Through his work with these clients, Keith has facilitated the successful implementation of key investment decisions, securing the completion of essential business plan executions. A Stanford MBA graduate, Keith focuses on all of his clients' objectives and consistently brings an analytical approach to evaluating available alternatives. He is pleased to share his expertise with his clients.
