Damon Peary is a global real estate advisor with Premier Sotheby's International Realty, serving clients throughout Western North Carolina from the firm's Asheville office. With more than 30 years in general contracting and fine carpentry, Damon provides clients with informed insight into property condition, construction quality, and long-term potential. This expertise is complemented by a 25-year career as founder and chief executive officer of two international outsourcing firms, where he served medical technology clients and managed the global distribution of surgical implants to hospitals and physicians in more than 65 countries. His background in complex, high-stakes industries has refined his strategic perspective, negotiation acumen, and commitment to precision and accountability.
Damon holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Pennsylvania State University and is a member of the Land of the Sky Association of REALTORS®. He maintains a broad portfolio of professional designations, including Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist, Seller Representative Specialist, Broker Price Opinion Resource, and Investment Property Specialist.

Adding to his diverse professional background, Damon pursued commercial acting and modeling later in life, appearing in national and regional campaigns for brands such as Best Buy, Honda, Kawasaki, TORO, and 3M before fully dedicating himself to real estate in 2024.
