Nicole Eve-Lehmann is a full-time, full-service residential real estate agent licensed in the state of Kentucky, proudly serving the Greater Louisville Metro area and surrounding counties. For Nicole, real estate is more than a career; it’s a true passion. She takes great pride in building lasting relationships with her clients and guiding them confidently through every step of the buying or selling process. With more than 95% of her business coming from client referrals, Nicole knows that trust, communication, and consistently positive outcomes are the foundation of long-term success. A proud graduate of the University of Kentucky, Nicole earned her undergraduate degree in Journalism with minors in Political Science and English. She began her professional career working in television markets in New York, Louisville, and Lexington before transitioning to Public Relations. As a PR executive, she developed a strong skill set in client advocacy, strategic communication, and relationship management—experience that now serves her real estate clients exceptionally well. After helping countless clients succeed in the corporate world, Nicole chose to focus her energy on her family’s business and her lifelong passion for homebuilding and design. Her husband, Brad, is the owner of Lehmann Homes and has been a respected custom home builder in Louisville for many years. Through this close involvement, Nicole has gained valuable firsthand experience in building, design, and remodeling, providing her clients with an added level of insight when buying or selling a home. She also connects clients with a trusted network of high-quality subcontractors, helping make the many aspects of homeownership more manageable. Nicole is a devoted mother to a son and daughter. Outside of work, her family enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling to Florida, and cheering on the Florida Gators—Brad’s alma mater. Fun fact: Brad is an esteemed member of the University of Florida’s F Club after winning an NCAA national championship in golf, among other accolades. Nicole even served as his caddy when he played professionally on the Nike Tour—something she says perfectly prepared her to be a tireless cheerleader and advocate for her real estate clients as well.
