Raised on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, Chantal possesses a deep-rooted understanding of the
Chesapeake Bay and its surrounding coastal communities. Growing up in a small crabbing and
fishing village on an island on the Chesapeake Bay, she developed an early appreciation for the
region’s rich maritime heritage and natural beauty.
Chantal's passion for exploration led her to travel across the globe—from the shores of
Australia to the fjords of Norway. Yet, it was the tranquil landscapes and salt-kissed air of the
Eastern Shore that always called her home.
Licensed as a Maryland Realtor since 2000, Chantal has built a reputation for excellence in
waterfront properties. In tandem with her real estate career, she managed her father's marine
construction company, which was instrumental in developing some of the Mid-Atlantic’s most
prestigious marinas, including Sunset Marina, Ocean City Fishing Center, and Marsh Harbour.
In 2006, Chantal relocated to Connecticut, where she continued her real estate career as a top
agent with Sotheby's International Realty focusing on luxury homes and estate properties. She
spent over a decade there raising her two children—alongside two Labradors and two
cats—before returning to Maryland in 2017 to be closer to family and her Eastern Shore roots.
She is an aviation enthusiast, currently pursuing her private pilot’s license with over 25 hours of
flight time. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, painting marine wildlife, boating, sailing,
horseback riding, and spending time with her family.
