Chris has closed deals from Tribeca to the UES and from Harlem to the Financial District. A Fort Greene, Brooklyn property owner since 1997, Chris is an expert in the Brownstone Brooklyn market too. He is the resident specialist at One Hanson Place Condominium, the iconic former Williamsburgh Bank Building in Fort Greene, where he owns a home.
Chris makes the most of his time off, whether traveling the world or volunteering his time as a mentor for Green Chimneys, fostering pit bull rescues before they find permanent homes or hanging out with his own pit, Apollo, who rescued him almost 11 years ago.
