A strong advocate for both agents and the brand, Nanette makes it her #1 priority to foster a responsive office environment which provides agents with mentoring, exemplary administrative support, superior technology, sophisticated marketing, coaching, and most importantly, a non-competing manager. Weekly office meetings are structured to include pertinent market discussions and trends, agent interaction and information sharing, broker feedback, and a collaborative atmosphere. Meeting notes are consistently distributed during each meeting and subsequently via email to all Sotheby’s International Realty - Hamptons agents following every office meeting. The Sotheby’s International Realty culture of results-driven professionalism and a high level of customer service is at the core of the Hamptons operation. Agents are assisted with skill development and business planning and every agent is provided with the tools unique to the brand to help them grow their business while maintaining a positive life balance. Agent networking opportunities and events are frequently organized for Sotheby’s International Realty - Hamptons real estate professionals at the local, national and international level. 2019 saw the completion of a state of the art and expansive renovation of the 3,300+ sq. ft. East Hampton brokerage located in the heart of East Hampton’s main street. Agents based in this brokerage are well positioned to represent clients and properties along the entire east end.
Prior to real estate brokerage, Nanette enjoyed a 19-year career as an Emmy Award-winning television journalist and anchorwoman for NBC, CNBC and CBS, dividing her time between her homes in Manhattan and East Hampton. Nanette remains an active board member of her Manhattan cooperative on the Upper West Side, but resides full-time in East Hampton. Nanette is a graduate of Boston College.
