During the course of her 30 plus years of selling real estate, Joanne has developed a keen business acumen. She has honed negotiating skills, implemented creative marketing plans, and has built a comprehensive professional network comprised of worldwide referral agents, local attorneys, inspectors, and contractors that can go to work for you. Her solution focused approach leads to better agreements and happier clients, Joanne’s greatest pride is the continuing relationships she has built with the buyers and sellers she has represented. Joanne has received certification in 1031 tax exchanges, New Homes and Land and Relocation Sales. She keeps abreast of industries trends and has an in-depth knowledge of local market conditions. She belongs to the National Association of Realtors, the Connecticut Association of Realtors, Greenwich Association of Realtors, and the Greenwich Multiple Listing Service. Joanne has lived in Greenwich for 25 years, happily raising her children in our public schools. Currently a resident in the downtown area, Joanne is a parishioner and a volunteer at Saint Paul’s Church in Riverside. She is also a volunteer at Saint Joseph’s Parenting Center in Stamford, where she facilities classes to parents in need. Joanne enjoys walking the spectacular shoreline of our beautiful town from Byram to Cos Cob to Old Greenwich and hiking through our wooded parks like the Pomerance Property, the Audubon in North Greenwich and the Mianus River Park Trails. She is a Husky fan and loves watching tennis.
