Mara Flash Blum, associate broker and senior global real estate advisor, has been consistently ranked among Sotheby’s International Realty top producers and among the top 100 realtors in the country as reported by The Wall Street Journal/REALTrends. She has achieved in excess of $1 billion in sales. In 2020, Mara joined The Field Team as senior partner and head of its downtown division. The team services their client’s real estate portfolios through global partnerships and an extensive referral network.

One of her many accomplishments includes the successful sellout of the most distinguished new development prewar condominium in New York City, the $80 million penthouse sale at 212 Fifth Avenue.

Mara earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Boston University, College of the Arts. She resides in the Flatiron District with her husband. A former actor, Mara has been featured in BBC's “Super Homes,” a documentary film about buying and selling Manhattan real estate. Distributed both in the United States and internationally, the documentary highlights Mara's insights into, and passion for, the New York real estate market. Her properties have been featured in NBC’s “Open House,” CBS’ “Living Large,” The Wall Street Journal, Mansion Global, Forbes, and The New York Times. She has also appeared as guest broker on “Good Morning New York,” “Unstoppable Agent,” and “Urban Digs”. She is a member of both REBNY and is a designated New York Real Estate Specialist.
