Gretchen grew up in San Marino and later Pasadena, attending Valentine Elementary, Westridge School for Girls for middle school and graduating high school from Polytechnic School. She received a BA in French Literature from UC Berkeley. After college, she formed the alternative band Mary’s Danish and was a touring musician for nine years until 1997 when she began her career in real estate.
Gretchen is an avid tennis and pickle ball player, and a longtime member of the Pasadena Art Alliance. She enjoys trying out as many new restaurants and coffee shops in LA as possible. Her multifaceted knowledge is reflected in her diverse interests and achievements, and she continues to immerse herself into the cultural tapestry of LA.
