Notably, Paul was selected as the exclusive listing agent for Monte Sereno, an enclave of 275 homes set on more than 600 scenic acres in the city of Santa Fe. In addition, he has represented the developers of Las Campanas, The High Summit, Canterbury, Padre Springs, Tesuque Ridge Ranch, and Angel Fire Resort. His knowledge of home design and construction coupled with his proven marketing and sales abilities have made him indispensable to buyers and sellers. Paul's property sales experience extends throughout the Santa Fe area, from Vista Redonda to Wilderness Gate and from the Historic Eastside to Las Campanas.
