A Houston Realtor for more than 25 years, Peggie Pentecost draws on a wealth of experience and knowledge in her practice of residential real estate. Peggie’s expertise encompasses residential properties, both resale and new-construction, multi-family residential and residential leasing. She is conversant with the traditional neighborhoods in and around Loop-610 including West University, River Oaks, Tanglewood, and the Memorial area, but her broad marketing and sales territory extends to The Woodlands, Cypress, Spring, Kingwood, Atascocita, Pearland, Sugar Land, and Richmond.

Community service is important to Peggie. She serves in leadership or board positions in a number of organizations that include the International Advisory Council of the Houston Association of Realtors, and is currently the President for the Women's Council of Realtor's Houston Chapter. Peggie has been an instructor at the University of Houston Small Business Development Center and shares her knowledge as a real estate panelist and speaker at industry-related and other events. She also serves on the School Art Auction & International Committees of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo.

Peggie holds BS and MA degrees from the University of Houston and speaks conversational Spanish. She resides in a vintage Houston neighborhood where she and her Houston-born husband raised their grown daughter. When not working, Peggie enjoys hiking in Colorado, snow skiing, sailing, and travel, particularly traveling abroad.
