Anne Aransaenz’s career in Manhattan real estate spans over 22 years, fourteen of which have been at Sotheby’s International Realty, where she currently is a Global Real Estate Advisor, Associate Broker. Her area of expertise encompasses assignments focusing on the high-end segment of the market in sales and rentals of townhouses, cooperatives and condominiums. Anne’s sense of diplomacy, integrity, discretion and outstanding dedication to personalized service have earned her high praise among a wide variety of customers from diverse backgrounds in the United States and internationally. Along the years, she has been able to accumulate an impeccable track record of significant transactions as well as a developed network of clients that has grown essentially from referrals.

Anne is noted and respected among her peers for her relentless dedication, diligence and professionalism and possesses a keen sense of understanding the specific needs of clients, tailoring each of her assignments to each clients’ unique requirements. Prior to real estate, Anne assumed the responsibilities of Associate Press Attaché to the Ambassador of Mexico to the United Nations in New York City and of Public Relations Officer at the National Institute for Consumer Affairs in Mexico City. She also oversaw the presence of Wagons-Lits Cook at the United Nations headquarters in Mexico City after initially joining the firm as a sales agent. Anne graduated from the l’Ecole des Cadres in Paris with a Bachelor in Business Management and followed post graduate studies at the National School of Anthropology and History in Mexico City. Anne is fluent in English, French and Spanish. For her hobbies, Anne is an avid sports enthusiast and has pursued studies in music, ceramics, photography and jewelry.
