Originally from Tennessee, Chris Poore has lived in New York City since 2000. As a resident of Greenwich Village, where he lives with his husband and two young children who attend Grace Church School, Chris possesses insider knowledge of the downtown market. In addition to being familiar with buyers in this niche of the market, Chris has also had success exclusively representing projects for developers in Tribeca, Soho, Hell’s Kitchen, and the Upper East Side.

While Chris has a history of successfully listing exclusive properties, his expertise lies in working with buyers as they navigate the dynamic, fast-paced, and competitive Manhattan market. During his time as a broker, he has sold extensively along the Fifth and Park Avenue corridors as well as the increasingly popular downtown market. Highly knowledgeable about the nuances and ebbs and flow within the current market, Chris makes it a priority to educate and advise his clients so that they are empowered to make confident decisions.
