Courtney Stanley’s family has been on the Monterey Peninsula for over five generations. One of the early families to settle here, they started Holman’s Department Store, developed the Holman Ranch and worked tirelessly to foster the growth and development of the Peninsula while safeguarding its natural beauty. Their deep love for this place and everything it has to offer has kept them in the area for close to 150 years. Courtney’s father, a successful mortgage broker, gave her an early start in learning the real estate business. While attending college, Courtney worked as a concierge at Pebble Beach helping others see the beauty of the Peninsula and learning how to deliver to the highest expectations of service. Later, she worked with her siblings building one of the largest legal service businesses in California. More recently, Courtney’s design passion was awakened when she spent time staging houses for sale on the Peninsula. Following her family’s passion to help the community, Courtney has volunteered at the Monterey Peninsula Community Hospital, Carmel Youth Center and Habitat for Humanity. Courtney has lived in Carmel, Carmel Valley, Monterey, Pacific Grove and Pebble Beach giving her the perspective and knowledge of the uniqueness of each community. Her passion for the Peninsula has led her to become a real estate professional, ensuring that newcomers and long-term residents would always find a knowledgeable and service-focused professional to help them find the best place to call home.
