Terry’s business background has been a great preparation for real estate sales. Prior to her career in real estate, she worked for 15 years in the wine industry, preceded by five years working in real estate finance. During this time, she also acquired her contractor’s license and worked with her family’s construction business. Terry is well versed in design, staging, and project management and has remodeled three of her own homes. She also has first-hand experience with investment properties and the pros and cons of flipping and property management.
