Terry’s business background has been a great preparation for real estate sales. Prior to her career in real estate, she worked for 15 years in the wine industry, preceded by five years working in real estate finance. During this time, she also acquired her contractor’s license and worked with her family’s construction business. Terry is well versed in design, staging, and project management and has remodeled three of her own homes. She also has first-hand experience with investment properties and the pros and cons of flipping and property management.

In addition, Terry is currently the southern Sonoma Valley Commissioner on the Sonoma Valley Citizen’s Advisory Commission (SVCAC) and is active with the Sonoma Valley Vintner and Grower’s Association (SVVAC). She continues to stay involved in several community and charitable organizations. She lives in southern Sonoma/Schellville and enjoy the active lifestyle that makes living in wine country so special.
