As a broker, she initially opened her own real estate brokerage office in Palm Beach in 2004. Currently with Sotheby’s International Realty, since 2014, she continues to be passionately involved in every transaction with enthusiasm and focuses on details from start to finish. Stephanie feels that being an exceptionally good listener is an important ingredient in meeting her clients’ needs, leading to the best outcomes. Her referral business is strong for that reason. Stephanie believes that it’s all about the customer, therefore their satisfaction is always top of mind.
She recognizes the importance of broad marketing including print, online, and social media. Her marketing area can include feeder markets such as Canada, New York, New England, Greenwich, and the Hamptons where many of her clients maintain other properties. She was recognized nationally by REALTrends among the top 1.5% of Best Real Estate Agents in 2022. She also recently completed a Ninja Installation, graduating as a ninja for excellence in her real estate business.
Prior to her career in real estate, Stephanie worked in cardiac surgery as a cardiac nurse specialist with Dr. Michael DeBakey in Texas, as well as an independent manufacturer’s representative for implantable cardiac pacemakers and heart valves.
Locally, she has always been active in the Palm Beach community with the Civic Association and was a previous board member of Citizens’ Association of Palm Beach and the Arthritis Association. She is an active Coast Guard Auxiliarist and completed the Palm Beach Citizen’s Fire Academy course. She also served on committees for the Palm Beach Symphony, Red Cross, Easter Seals, and Salvation Army and loves to paint, read, exercise, and travel.
