I am creative when faced with challenges, but I always adhere to strong professional, moral and ethical guidelines.” Highly conscious of the ever-changing nature of the housing market and the real estate industry itself, Rachel attends continuing education classes, forums and lectures on a regular basis to ensure that she is always up-to-date. “Real estate is a constantly changing market, not only on a day to day basis within each neighborhood but also in terms of technology and legal and regulatory aspects as well,” she says. “It’s important that I am knowledgeable on what is happening so that I can adopt better practices to serve my clients.” Rachel transitioned into residential real estate sales from a successful career in sales and non-profit fundraising. A native of Paris, Tennessee, she attended Trinity University in San Antonio and has lived in Houston since 2007. Rachel and her husband, Sebastien, a native Houstonian, have two young boys. When her busy work and home schedules permit, Rachel enjoys time with her family, which includes their Tibetan terrier, running, cooking, reading, and traveling.
