Ibiza apartments deliver something specific: year-round mild weather, strong short-term rental returns during the summer season, and a legal framework that is well understood by international buyers. Formentera sits just twenty minutes away by ferry. Mallorca and Menorca are part of the same archipelago, but Ibiza holds the most liquid market and the strongest international demand.

How much does an apartment cost in Ibiza

Entry-level apartments in residential complexes away from the coast start at TRY 1,254,563. Penthouse units with private pools and open sea views reach TRY 5,917,750. The average price sits at TRY 2,012,035. Floor areas range from 45 to 1269 sqm, with a typical size of 134 sqm and between 1 and 20 bedrooms. The single biggest price driver is outdoor space.
