Born and raised in London, England, real estate has been in Stephen Warrell’s blood for as long as he can remember. He grew up in a family that appreciated the value of informed real estate investing and he observed it from several perspectives. His grandmother built and ran property investment companies, his father was a builder and his mother was an early entrant into the world of flipping houses. So after several years in the finance industry, the bug hit Stephen and he began his own real estate career in London. His success in the high end market there translated well in the US where he found his multicultural experiences and extensive travel abroad were a welcomed perspective to his clients and Stephen quickly built a successful career in the States.
In his 14 years in the real estate profession, Stephen has developed a depth of knowledge and sales experience in both residential resales and new construction sales in some of the most sought-after and competitive neighborhoods in Houston including the Heights, the Memorial Villages, Memorial West, Tanglewood, West University, Oak Forest, Rice Military and other Inner Loop neighborhoods. This experience, coupled with his attention to detail and an eye for trends, accords Stephen the knowledge base and perspective to advise his clients on the current state of the market as well as forward looking insight on buyer’s and seller’s expectations of design, floorplan, and specifications.
Stephen is married with two precious daughters who inspire and drive him to be the best in everything he does. In his spare time he enjoys activities with them including coaching football or “soccer” to the locals, watching films and trying new restaurants. Previously a coach with the Houston Dynamo Academy, he still plays football regularly and is also passionate about golf, travel, music, and playing games of any kind. Supported by his wonderful wife, he and his family take each day as it comes and work hard to enjoy life as much as possible every day.
