Bruce entered the real estate profession in 1976 after working as a Chemistry teacher, a tennis professional and a Nordic ski instructor. After training with several local real estate companies, he maintained his own company for 26 years in Wilson, Wyoming before joining Sotheby’s as an associate broker in 2017. He has personally handled over 1,000 sales and too many residential and commercial leases to count. Bruce has experience in many facets of the business including sales, brokerage, finance, investments, property management, development and construction. He has developed four commercial centers, including the Fish Creek Center in Wilson, as well as designed and built over 100 homes in Jackson Hole and the Teton Valley. He was the recipient of the Teton Board of Realtors Lifetime Achievement award in 2022. Current projects include home building in Creekside Meadows in Driggs, Idaho where he has recently gained approval for Phase V for 26 new affordable homes. Bruce knows Jackson Hole very well and enjoys skiing, fly fishing, tennis, cycling, and international travel on a regular basis to remain fit for the future.
