Dan has 14+ years of experience as a real estate agent and real estate investor in the Lexington real estate market and surrounding counties. Having lived outside New York City, in Atlanta and Los Angeles, and previous work as an English Teacher and Hollywood Set Dresser have given Dan an incredible variety of experiences that he calls upon as an agent. His love of learning along with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and sense of humor make him the right agent for buyers, sellers and investors alike.
In addition to a great familiarity with the single-family home market, he is knowledgeable and experienced in identifying and pursing residential investment properties in Downtown, Chevy Chase, Kenwick, Ashland Park, Montclair, Seven Parks and Southland neighborhoods. He believes buying and selling real estate can and should be enjoyable, and his primary goal is to provide buyers and sellers with the most positive real estate experience possible. Dan performs meticulous research, firmly negotiates in an ethical manner, and will work hard to make sure his clients are satisfied.
