American actress Christina Ricci has recently made a number of interesting real estate choices. The actress, who has recently launched a hashtag “Riccing”, has put her luxury home in Los Angeles on the market for 1.7 million dollars (around 1.2 million euro).
The Los Angeles raised star, daughter of a renowned real estate agent in the city, has managed to put her luxury 180 square meter property on the market with a surplus of around 200,000 dollars in comparison to the year in which it was bought in 2005.
The traditional style house is composed of two master suites, three bathrooms, a large open space, living rooms, and it is completed with a swimming pool and a garden. Christina’s master suite is fitted with a walk-in wardrobe and an ample living space. The home is ideally situated along an enclosed avenue in the most prestigious area in Los Feliz.
The actress recently let the same property for 10,000 dollars a month (around 7,300 euro per month), which shows her flare for real estate business. In fact, Christina purchased and sold another luxury Spanish colonial style apartment in Hollywood for 1,475 million dollars.
Today, the ex “Adams Family” star should succeed in selling her Los Angeles property despite minor interior details such as the choice of wall paper or the use of dark wood. Such features may not appeal to a high-end buyer. However, the impressive swimming pool and luxury spa are sure to convince prospective buyers.
