The real estate work of art was brought to life by Oller & Pejic Architecture, in collaboration with interior designer Marc and Michele Atlan. The structure was created by crystal and black quartz stone, and the chromatic selection was far from a casual decision.

The interior of the avant-garde home consists of three bedrooms, an ample living space with a dining area and lounge, two luxury bathrooms and a spacious internal garage. On the whole, the deluxe Californian property measures around 145 square meters and it is positioned on a stretch of land covering more than 2.5 acres. The interior of the luxury home is extremely minimalist, the architects chose to insert the bare minimum to avoid overcrowding the rather simple ambiance.

Black, grey and white qualify as the most dominant colors throughout, with some red details to create a powerful contrast. The various rooms which assemble the luxury property have been positioned on different levels in order to minimize the external architectural rationalism, considering that the property is perfectly geometrical.

One of the most striking elements of this American high-end property is the use of floor to ceiling windows, which act as art work, considering the breathtaking views that they frame.
Finally, the exterior of the property houses a luxurious innovative swimming pool, which needless to say is set against an incredibly impressive backdrop.
