The castle is located at Guainville, almost 75km from Paris in a tranquil village made up of just over 700 residents. The  Château de Primard consists of ten bedrooms, the same number of bathrooms and various living rooms and entertainment spaces.

The 50 square meter kitchen is found on the ground floor with an attached living room. The master suite is located on the first floor, covering a total of 65 square meters. The second floor houses numerous bedrooms, two of which are children’s rooms.
