In fact, the record producer went on to live in the Hollywood home for 13 years. However, it would seem that the time has come for a change and the star has opted for Brentwood as his new location. Consequently, the rapper has decided to put his Bird Streets villa on the market for 35 million dollars.
The asking price is quite elevated considering that the rapper purchased the property in 2001 for 20 million dollars. The property is modern and contemporary, but the winning feature is the view. Its location is also rather secluded, providing privacy and intimacy amidst the Hollywood hills.
Dr. Dre’s old house is composed of two levels, with nine bathrooms and six ultramodern bedrooms.
