The famous film maker and twice Oscar nominee Spike Lee has recently put his colonial/Renaissance style property located in the East Side of Manhattan on the market for an incredible sum of 32 million dollars, just under 24 million euro. The three storey structure was originally designed in 1916 by the famous American architect Frederick Sterner.
