Lynda Charlson considers herself lucky every single day she spends as a resident of the 'Garden Island' of Kauai. A Seattle, Washington native, Lynda moved to Kauai in 1980, and quickly learned the details about each of the 10-12 plus small towns that populate the island. She was fascinated with the uniqueness of each area, learning the little-known details of neighborhoods and the homes therein. As a full-time licensed salesperson, Lynda acts as a 'matchmaker,' arranging the perfect marriage of client and home, and is always in motion, actively listing properties across the island. Her goal is that you not only have a positive experience, but that you are at the beginning of a lifelong relationship, built on the essential principles of integrity, confidentiality, personal attention and excellent quality of service. She and husband Danny have four grown sons, and live in Omao, on the south side of the island. Lynda has a genuine concern for the clients she serves, whether it be a first-time home buyer, a resident trading-up, or a visitor on the look-out for a vacation or retirement home, Lynda knows the length and breadth of Kaua`i, it's diversity of properties, and she and Oceanfront Sotheby's International Realty really do go the extra mile for their clients.
