As the Director of Community Initiatives for the Mount Royal Community Development Corporation, Dale worked to bring vacant properties back to productive use. Dale has also authored the book, “Images of America: Reservoir Hill”. Dale's community engagement and love for the city is evident in his successful track record. Dale received his undergraduate and Masters degree from Texas Tech University, graduating with a Master in Business Administration with a specialization in Management and Marketing. In addition to real estate consulting, Dale is a member of the Baltimore City LGBTQ Commission and the Maryland LGBT Chamber of Commerce. He volunteers and is active in the addiction and substance abuse recovery community.
