Jennifer McCartin’s love of the Cape and the beauty and charm that surrounds it began as a child spending summers in Cotuit and Osterville. Jennifer has lived year round on the Cape since 1995. She and her husband, Mark, built their home in Osterville where they currently resides with their three children. Prior to living in Osterville, they lived in Cotuit and Centerville. Local knowledge of the unique characteristics of each village and different towns allows Jennifer to help her clients find the area that will best suit their lifestyle.
Jennifer joined Sotheby’s International Realty after many years of buying and planning in the retail and catalog clothing industry. Attention to detail, problem solving, and negotiating skills are just a few of the qualities she brings to her clients.
Jennifer is deeply involved in the local community through her involvement with many local charities and clubs. She is Board Member of the Cape and Islands United Way, a member of the Barnstable High School Council, and Ladies’ Golf Chair at the Oyster Harbors Club. Jennifer has strong leadership skills and commitment to everything she is involved in and is also a member of the Cape and Islands Association of Realtors, Massachusetts Association and National Association of Realtors, The Oyster Harbors Club, Wianno Yacht Club, and Craigville Beach Association.
