We present this spectacular house, designed to provide large spaces in all its rooms. Built only in 2008, the house has all the modern elements of decoration and comforts, as well as a quality of materials and enclosures that isolate us from everything, being in the centre of the town.
The main floor has a majestic entrance, as well as the entrance hall with an immense carved wooden door and a spectacular facade. Once in the house, we have 2 living rooms, open plan kitchen with everything, garden terrace, outside barbecue and courtesy bathroom. In the basement we have a large living room, useful for parties or games.
The upper floor has a lounge, as a sitting room, with the master bedroom en suite. A small kitchenette of great practicality, many wardrobes and two extra bedrooms with their corresponding bathroom. The house was built with an interior courtyard that intelligently distributes light throughout the house.
On the upper floors there is a totally diaphanous one, to extend the house as much as you want, and on the top floor there is a small gym with a spectacular terrace, useful to spend good moments in the fresh air.
