Building from the end of the 19th century, 561 sq (gross floor area), fully rehabilitated, operating as local accommodation, in downtown Porto. The building has undergone expansion and restoration work over the years. In 2018 and 2019 the roof was repaired with the application of a new support as well as all the tiles and a new skylight.
