Iconic estate with 537 hectares (537.2158 m2), located next to the village of Ameixial, located in the Serra do Caldeirao. Herdade do Cavaleiro is divided between the municipality of Almodovar and the municipality of Loule, divided between the Alentejo and the Algarve.
Irreverent in its landscapes, it has several points of interest, being the bridge over the Vascao River, which crosses the property, a mandatory stop and we cannot fail to mention that it borders at one end with the National 2, the longest road that crosses Portugal from North to South and that accompanies this magnificent estate for several kilometres of its route. With several access points to it, considering good road access.
The main house of the estate is habitable, however it has several houses and supports scattered throughout the land making a covered area of 1000m2. We have two urban booklets, one with 240m2 and 160m2 of gross construction, the estate is fenced.
With access to the electricity network, it also has a well, two ponds and access to the Vascao River.
About 60ha are dedicated to the cultivation of arbutus, the remaining hectares are mainly destined to stone pine, maritime pine, cork oaks and some olive trees.
