The main hotel has 5 floors, which has 25 rooms.
The ground floor consists of reception area, restaurant, bar, kitchen and a breakfast terrace as well as a front terrace.
Underground there is a boiler room and a wine cellar.
The first, second and third floors have the one bedroom suites.
The fourth floor has a Jacuzzi area and four cabanas.
The fifth floor has a spa area and two cabanas.
The second part of the hotel has the remaining 14 rooms spread over 3 floors with laundry room, solarium and 8 x 4 m swimming pool on the ground floor.
The occupancy is between 90-100 people on average, although with the number of rooms it can easily go up to 110 people per night.
