What do we have?
- A third floor with only this apartment on the floor.
- With external views to the park.
- Distributed in 3 bedrooms (1 suite) and 2 bathrooms.
- With diesel heating.
- With parking included in the sale price. It doesn't have a storage room but it does have a loft for storing things.
- A small balcony to have coffee in the morning.
- A room for the washer and dryer (it's NOT one of the three bedrooms).
- Available to move in. Depending on the mortgage it could be less than €1,800/month.

Why does it have high community costs of €190/month?
As there are only 6 neighbors in the building (1 per floor) and it has an elevator, the expenses are shared among fewer. Having fewer neighbors is more expensive but worth it.
Is the apartment sold as shown in the photos?
It is sold partially furnished, but it can be negotiated with the owner.
Is the price negotiable?
Yes, somewhat, but let's not pass offers at 100k less because I already advance that it's going to be a NO. Monky Houses charges less to the owner than any other real estate agency, we surely manage to lower it a bit.
How much would a 30-year mortgage cost?
It depends on the conditions that can be achieved but it could be achieved for less than €1,800/month.
Is the building old?
It is from 2003 and is well maintained. The Sant Julia area is central but being a bit away from the Germandat square (5min walking) it does not have all the hassle of major festivals and has not deteriorated so much over time.
