The Caldeira Palace is a historic and emblematic building in the municipality of Abrantes.
It is next to the Tagus on the south bank of this city in Rossio to the south of the Tagus.
U-shaped and with 4 floors, the Palace has a covered area of 3604m2.
Built in the 19th century. XVIII, it was private housing and in the century. XIX was also the headquarters of a large company in the city that the owners of the Palace owned.
During the century. XX the Post Office, Dairy, wine and fabric store were some of the businesses that settled in the Caldeira Palace in small shops with access to the main street.
With a deployment area of 907m2, the Caldeira Palace comprises 4 floors, of which:

1st floor - 17 rooms
2nd floor - 15 rooms

The Caldeira Palace has an interior garden with an imposing terrace, a fountain and a large well.
