Senior residence project 5 * on land of 5.2 ha (52000m2) in the Torres Vedras region, already approved by the local council. It is located 45 km from Lisbon and its international airport and 1 km from Santa Cruz Beach. It has a construction area of 7500m2 and includes a total of 120 beds - 53double rooms and 13 singles. There is also a palliative care unit. To start the construction, justa need to present the specialty projects in the Municipality of Torres Vedras, a process that should take between four and five months before the approval is obtained and construction can be started. The project focuses on sustainability and is designed to produce maximum energy through solar panels.
