Richard’s career began with his family’s lumber and demolition business, which eventually led him to establish the highly successful Avalanche Wrecking Corporation. Under his leadership, Avalanche played a pivotal role in shaping the landscape of New York City during the 80’s and 90’s.
An educator in the New York City public school system, and later the pro shop manager at a private golf club, Nola transitioned into the real estate industry where she quickly became a top producing agent in the Hamptons. Her ability to navigate the local market, understand blueprints, and decipher building specifications in relation to local town codes is an asset to any client looking to sell or purchase Hamptons real estate.
While the Baris Team has been involved in real estate transactions across the country, their roots are firmly planted in East Hampton where they purchased their first home, a 60-year-old farmhouse on the Accabonac Harbor. This deep connection and true appreciation of the natural beauty of the area enhances their understanding of the local market and their ability to guide their clients from first meeting through the real estate process to a successful conclusion.
