Growing up in Washington, DC ( Bethesda, MD ) and spending summers on the Jersey Shore in my family's summer home in Spring Lake instilled a true love of everything the Shore lifestyle has to offer. After college, I married a Jersey Girl (my wife of 28 years) - shortly after getting married and living in both Washington, DC and Annapolis, MD my wife and I decided to return to the Jersey Shore to make the Jersey Shore our primary residence. There was no better place to raise our 3 children, leveraging everything the Jersey Shore has to offer from bike rides to the beach, to walking our dogs, a French Bulldog "Remy", a Blue Heeler "Harken ( rescue ) and a Border Collie "Blue" ( rescue ) in town or enjoying a beautiful afternoon boating in the Ocean or on the Barnegat Bay.  We incorporate everything about the Jersey Shore into our daily lives.  Members of several local yacht clubs, we have a passion for boating ( both power and sail ) and take every opportunity we can to be "out on the water".

On the nuts and bolts side of things, I have 20+ years of residential brokerage operations experience, including an extensive background in real estate finance, residential renovations and remodeling, in addition to a senior level corporate background in marketing, sales and operations. My highly experienced strategies offers a deliberate, well-balanced approach in representing clients, whether in a purchase or sale transaction. Maintaining an intimate knowledge of the market, and a superior approach to managing my client's best interests, along with global support from Sotheby's International Realty, assures clients guaranteed satisfaction in achieving their real estate objectives.  Originally licensed in 1992, I returned to the business in 2004.
