Prior to purchasing First Coast Sotheby's International Realty in 2009, Jeffrey was founder & CEO of several building, design, and development companies that specialized in luxury single family residences throughout Northeast Florida. Mr. Chefan has successfully created and sold over 50 multi-million dollar properties in Aspen, Colorado; Boca Raton, Ponte Vedra Beach, St. Augustine and Jacksonville, Florida. He obtained a florida Certified Building Contractors License in 1987 and a Florida Real Estate License in 1988. Mr. Chefan is currently the managing broker of all four First Coast SIR offices located in N. E. Florida. Jeffrey & Jane Chefan have been married for over 28 years and are blessed to be the parents of two daughters. They have a passion and love for family, friends, and real estate that flows over into the relationships built with their clients. Jeffrey's diverse background has given him the experience and uniqueness to unite extraordinary properties with extraordinary individuals.
