With a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology, Karen's exceptional communications skills and astute business acumen stem from her previous career, shaping her “client first” approach to real estate.

Outside of her professional life, Karen shares a fulfilling personal life with her husband, Dr. Richard Woolridge, a professor in the Business School at University of Arkansas Little Rock. They have two grown children who live in Canada, along with a precious granddaughter. Together, they cherish moments spent kayaking, biking, and enjoying the company of their dogs. They love spending time with their many treasured friends, and exploring all Arkansas has to offer.
Karen's involvement in the community is remarkable and ongoing. She dedicates her time to Christ Church’s The Green Grocery program as a sustaining member. She has tutored elementary students and has mentored female inmates through Arkansas Community Correction. As an active member of the Arkansas Women’s Leadership Forum and as a past member of Rotary Club 99, she strongly believes in giving back. Karen is a long-standing member of the SPCA, having an unwavering love for animals and being adored by them in return. An eco-conscious individual, she is also an avid recycler.
