Born and raised in central Indiana, Jordan is a Butler University graduate with a BA in Strategic Communication. Jordan comes from a broad background in social media marketing, advertising, and public relations. Since transitioning from design and communications to real estate, Jordan has become an expert in several of Indiana’s sub-markets. In addition to residential real estate, Jordan also has an extensive background in Indianapolis' investment market and continues to work with investors from all over the U.S. and abroad to expand their portfolios in the Midwest. As a 5th generation Realtor in a family of real estate professionals, Jordan joins his father, Ron Herman and colleague Heather in forming The Carpenter Herman Group. Growing up around the Real Estate industry, Jordan has a unique understanding of how to fine-tune a client’s needs in order to provide excellent service.
When not with clients, Jordan enjoys local restaurants and parks with his wife, Mackenzie, and two sweet dogs, Stella and Honey. On a nice sunny day, you can also find him in the air as he recently earned his private pilot certificate.
