Lea is a fourth generation Colorado native and REALTOR® with 20+ years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate. Her extensive knowledge of the market is rooted in her family's history; her great-grandfather was the founder of VanSchaack Real Estate Company - a pre-eminent Denver real estate company from 1920 through the early 1980's. Living and raising her family in Denver’s Hilltop neighborhood for 25 years, Lea is incredibly familiar with the city and its surrounding suburbs.
With experience in downtown Denver condos, Cheesman Park historic homes, iconic Country Club residences, Washington Park mansions, Congress Park bungalows and the many surrounding neighborhoods, Lea is the perfect real estate agent for first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, those down-sizing and savvy real estate investors.
