The plot where the housing complex is built has an area of 2,880.00 m2 and consists of a central, trapezoidal, flat area with small sloping sections. COMMON SERVICES: On the basement level floor are the service staff areas, chauffeurs' rooms and the systems for communications, electricity, gas, aqueduct (white water), sewers (black water), rainwater and parking for 14 cars and motorcycles and on the ground floor level 10 spaces for cars and motorcycles and two spaces for visitors.
