Nick started working in real estate in 1986 as an investor. He invested heavily in the real estate market and now holds a strong portfolio of single-family homes and residential income properties. In 1997, based on his knowledge and success as an investor, Nick obtained his real estate license in order to help others experience similar results.
Over the next 10 years, Nick went on to sell over 90% of the homes that he listed in Los Angeles County, making him the top listing agent of his office and consistently ranked him within the top 10%. Nick's interpersonal skills, savvy negotiating acumen, ability to influence others and work ethics are powerful assets in a process that can sometimes be daunting to the homeowner or buyer, but Nick makes it look easy and seamless.
While real estate is his calling, Nick also has a passion to help others and his community. Nick obtained a degree in psychology from Long Beach State University and worked for 17 years as a clinical social worker in Greater Los Angeles. Nick is currently active in animal rescue.
For relaxation, Nick loves to travel to experience different cultures and architecture and especially enjoys gardening. He finds gardening to be very much like real estate. One plants the seed, nurtures it and in a few months has great results. Nick creates the foundation for his clients to be able to buy or sell a home. He nurtures them in making smart decisions, and within a few months his clients enjoy the sale or purchase of their home. The smile he sees on his clients' faces when he has a successful real estate transaction is priceless to him.
