Description of the farmThe farm consists of 227.21 hectares of land just 15 minutes by car from the Inter-American Highway at the crossing of the Rio La Unión bridge. Public transport passes in front of the gate of the farm.It has two entrances: the main one through the town of San Pedro and a secondary one through the town of Cajón.It has electricity telephone and internet service from ICE.The entire farm is equipped with gravel roads which allows the easy movement of cars trucks and agricultural machinery.The topography of the farm is very manageable with a low percentage of the broken areas.Water on the farmThe farm has a large number of sources of such a precious element ofwhich can be used for different uses.San Pedro River (runs through the farm)- ?La Portalona?
